We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements and reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports that provide accurate and timely information about the organisation's financial position and performance.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and oversee reconciliations including bank accounts and general ledger balances.
* Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, and support the preparation of statutory accounts and audit requirements.
* Provide financial advice and insights to stakeholders as needed, and collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
Requirements
* Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA, and 3 years minimum post qualification experience.
* Experience with financial reporting and compliance, and strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
* Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, and an understanding of financial operations in the not-for-profit industry.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
