Community Accessability Inc is a values-based, not-for-profit organization that provides a vast array of services that support individuals with a disability and frail aged people to participate fully in their communities, be functional at home and live their best life. Our services are delivered throughout rural Victoria, southern NSW and Metropolitan Melbourne and are rapidly expanding.
About the role:
This position combines the undertaking of Team leader duties within our Disability Services' Albury/Wodonga facilities in addition to providing hands-on assistance and mentoring to the Team Leader group and provides coverage in time of absence or peak demand. Reporting to the Area Manager, You will deliver high quality services to NDIS participants in a wide range of service environments. You will offer supervision, support, guidance and assistance to Supported Employment Coordinators, Intake & Scheduling, and frontline employees and engage in trusted and valued relationships with customers and other stakeholders.

* · Demonstrated previous experience working with sound knowledge and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and the Quality & Safeguarding Framework
* · Proven ability to build workforce capacity and practice capabilities while managing operations effectively through accountability frameworks
* · Sound judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within complex people-oriented environments
* · Demonstrable hands-on experience in establishing services for people with a disability and nurturing service growth
* · Strong judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills within complex people-oriented environments
* · Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with participants, families, staff, and sector stakeholders
* · Proven capacity for multi-tasking
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
* • Tertiary qualifications in Disability, community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience.
* • Minimum five years' experience in operational coordination in complex care and support within NDIS-era disability sector

Salary is pursuant to L5 PP2/3 of the SCHADS Award. Applicants must hold a current driver's license, have the right to work in Australia, be willing to obtain a working with children check, NDIS clearance and National Criminal History Check.
