Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school, including managing databases, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Manage and maintain school databases, spreadsheets, and other information systems.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student files and staff personnel records.
* Provide administrative support to senior staff members, including scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements.
* Assist with events and projects, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of two years' experience in an administration role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Basic knowledge of database management and record-keeping principles.
