Job Title:
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
A strong and culturally grounded leader is required to support the CEO and lead public health and social and emotional wellbeing programs.
* Tertiary qualification in Community Services, Health Administration, Business Management or related field
* Extensive experience managing health programs in an Aboriginal community context
* Strong knowledge of government funding processes and program management
* Demonstrated cultural leadership and ability to engage Aboriginal communities
* Proven people leadership, with the ability to motivate and support staff
* Strong governance, financial management, and compliance experience
$130,000 - $150,000 + superannuation + full salary packaging
A quality 3-bedroom home and vehicle included
Full-time, permanent role based in Bourke, NSW
