Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support.
* Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our service.
* Process intakes, schedule appointments, prepare correspondence, and offer referrals to appropriate services.
* Liaise with clients in person, by phone, and via email.
This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week: Wednesday 9-2pm, Thursday 9-5pm, Friday 9-5pm.
The ideal candidate will have advanced administration experience and possess excellent communication skills.
