The Opportunity
As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering against financial targets, driving business development activity, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles. You will also mentor junior consultants and contribute strategically to market growth.
What You’ll Be Doing Revenue & PerformanceAchieving agreed financial targets and weekly/monthly KPIsTaking ownership of business development activity levelsGenerating roles for the wider businessIdentifying market trends, threats, and opportunities alongside leadership
Business Development & Account ManagementProactively developing new and existing client relationshipsPromoting Sirius Technology’s recruitment solutionsConducting cold outreach, lead follow-up, and candidate reverse marketingMapping client organisations and cross-selling across sectorsBuilding and managing senior-level stakeholder relationshipsMaximising spend across existing accounts
Recruitment DeliveryQualifying opportunities to ensure focus on viable rolesPartnering with clients to understand culture, structure, and hiring needsDesigning and implementing effective recruitment strategiesManaging the full process from qualification through to offer and aftercareAssessing candidates through interview, testing, referencing, and job matchingRecruiting senior-level and specialist positionsActing as an escalation point for junior consultants
Candidate StrategyBuilding and maintaining a strong, live candidate pipelineLeveraging advertising, LinkedIn networking, and database regenerationProviding contractor aftercare and performance supportBuilding long-term, professional candidate relationshipsMaintaining agreed candidate activity and availability levels
