This is a part-time, six-month contract position based at our National Support Office in Kent Town, Adelaide, working approximately 20–25 hours per week. You'll enjoy a mix of office-based and field work, with occasional travel to pharmacies across our network.
About the Role
In this role, you'll be instrumental in building capability, driving professional services, and ensuring operational excellence across our pharmacies. You will:
Deliver pharmacist inductions and on-site training for pharmacists, interns, and support staff.
Support the Intern Training Program (ITP) rollout and coordinate ongoing professional development.
Drive clinical and professional services adoption across the network.
Conduct workflow and operations analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with Area Managers to provide practical support and guidance at the store level.
About You
You're an experienced, proactive, and adaptable pharmacist who enjoys developing others and improving pharmacy practice.
You'll bring:
Full AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist in Australia.
Experience in community pharmacy and delivering professional services with strong clinical knowledge.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
A background in Adult Education (preferred)
Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
A collaborative, hands-on approach to problem solving.
