Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' communication, alternative and augmentative communication, speech, language, swallowing/meal times and social/behavioural needs.
* Design and implement therapeutic programs through individual, small group or whole class settings to meet the unique needs of students.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including teachers, assistants, allied health professionals and other specialists to ensure holistic support for students.
* Provide direct and indirect support to students' families or carers to promote effective communication and collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:
* Expertise in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders in children and adolescents.
* Knowledge of evidence-based practices and therapies in speech language pathology.
* Ability to design and implement individualised educational plans to meet the unique needs of students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, students and families.
