Overview
A growing Managed Services Provider based in Brisbane is seeking an IT Support Technician (L2) to join its expanding technical team.
The business delivers end to end IT services across Networking, Infrastructure and Microsoft Cloud, supporting a diverse portfolio of SMB clients. This role offers strong exposure to modern cloud environments, endpoint management and customer-facing project work.
Responsibilities
* Support and deliver Microsoft Azure environments across customer projects
* Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure modernisation initiatives
* Implement and manage endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune
* Support device lifecycle management including provisioning, compliance and policy enforcement
* Provide Level 2 support across cloud, infrastructure and end-user environments
* Work closely with network engineers on integrated customer solutions
* Contribute to technical documentation and service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
* 4–6 years experience in IT Support roles
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint/device management
* Exposure to Microsoft 365, Entra ID and modern workplace technologies
* Background working within an MSP or multi-client environment preferred
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with customers
