Leadership Role
This is a leadership position that requires collaboration with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Store Manager in leading daily operations and achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Inspiring and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service and performance
* Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation
* Managing wage costs and contributing to effective rostering
* Mentoring and coaching team members to support their growth and development
* Helping maintain a safe and compliant store environment
Required skills and qualifications include:
* Previous experience in a senior casual, full-time, or leadership support role
* A proactive attitude and strong desire to grow leadership skills
* Passion for team development and creating exceptional customer experiences
* A proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
* Familiarity with stock management, visual merchandising, and retail operations
