About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Accountant / Management Accountant to provide commercial, financial and strategic accounting support to senior management. This role focuses on analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance oversight and business decision support for a network of pharmacies that support multiple Aged Care Facilities, rather than transactional accounting or bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse financial performance across the group's business units and cost centres
* Prepare business cases, scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
* Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis and commentary
* Develop KPI reporting frameworks and dashboards
* Lead annual and rolling budget processes
* Develop cash-flow forecasts and expense projections
* Assist with statutory and regulatory compliance at the review and oversight level
* Support audits and liaise with external advisors
* Review and improve finance systems, reporting and internal controls
* Provide financial insights to senior management and operational teams
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
* CA / CPA qualified or working towards
* Minimum 2+ years' experience in an accounting or management accounting role
* Strong analytical and reporting capability
* Ability to exercise independent professional judgement
