We are seeking an Oracle HCM Analyst who has strong product knowledge and ability to consult with users and understand how they use the platform and look for ways to create efficiencies and make the system even more user friendly.
**What we are searching for**
**Required Qualifications**:
- 4 year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
- At least 5 or more years of HR functional experience required (e.g., Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Talent); preferably for a large multi-state company as an analyst.
- Advanced experience with Oracle HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, business modeling tools, developing system solutions and documentation standards.
- Experience on Oracle Recruiting Cloud configurations
- Strong collaboration skills while working with SME's, senior leaders, IT PMO, and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
- Strong negotiation skills when working with business users to develop requirements and defend systems capabilities.
- Ability to share knowledge and coach and train other business systems analysts.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies, and practices.
- Demonstrated experience working in business transformation with understanding of quality methodologies and standard project management practices.
- Retail experience and/or supply chain experience a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support for Oracle HCM system users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain system configurations and customizations, including integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement system enhancements, and ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures, including system and user manuals.
- Ensure system security and access controls are maintained in accordance with best practices and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle HCM system updates and new functionality, and recommend improvements to the system and processes.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM system analyst, with demonstrated expertise in system design, development, and maintenance.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud system is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve system issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Knowledge of HR business processes and practices is a plus.
