Selection Criteria Approval to teach Library (Secondary) Demonstrated ability to create, manage, and promote an engaging and inclusive library environment that fosters independent learning, literacy development, and digital citizenship. Demonstrated expertise in the management and integration of digital technologies to support student learning, including the use of library management systems, digital resources, learning management platforms, and emerging technologies in education. Well-developed skills in the management of student behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing within the library setting, including the ability to establish clear expectations, promote positive student conduct, and support a safe and supportive learning environment. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
