Melbourne Closing date: 17/05/2026 Long term career opportunity in a leading agribusiness Key logistics role Located in St. Kilda, Melbourne About the role Bunge is seeking a Logistics Officer to join our team in a critical role supporting the efficient coordination and accumulation of grain to port terminals and upcountry receival sites. In this position, you will manage end-to-end logistics planning via road transport, working closely with growers, carriers, traders and internal teams to ensure grain is delivered in line with shipping schedules and contractual requirements. You’ll play a key role in aligning supply with vessel demand, maintaining accurate system information, and supporting commercial decision-making through logistics insights. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across the supply chain. Duties Coordinate grain accumulation to port and receival sites via growers and third-party carriers Liaise with trading, shipping and planning teams to align stock allocation with vessel schedules and customer requirements Monitor logistics execution and proactively resolve supply chain issues Coordinate delivery timing for grower contracts in line with accumulation plans Build and maintain relationships with growers and brokers to support ongoing business Maintain and update systems to reflect accurate stock movements and logistics data Support vessel planning and blending requirements Prepare reports on grower stocks, contract execution and production forecasts Ensure all freight contracts and transport activities comply with Chain of Responsibility and legislative requirements Accurately manage freight, outturn and logistics cost accruals Administer AgTech orders and ticketing processes to support timely payment and transfer of title About you Demonstrated experience in a logistics, supply chain or agricultural operations role Strong understanding of logistics coordination and transport planning Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including growers, carriers and internal teams Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability Proficient in systems and technology supporting logistics operations Excellent communication and organisational skills A team player who thrives in a collaborative environmen About us Bunge connects farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, feed and fuel to the world.
