As the driving force behind our NSW operations, you will be responsible for:
1. Expanding our presence and market share across priority trade qualifications
2. Leading a culture of enthusiasm, ownership, and pride in delivery
3. Ensuring quality, compliance, and operational excellence across all training
4. Strengthening employer, industry, and community relationships
5. Identifying new opportunities for regional expansion
6. Working closely with our QLD leadership team to align national outcomes
