Frontline Support Officer
This is a newly created position to provide frontline administrative support, working three days a week at Maybrook Retirement Village in Cromer.
As a key member of the operational team, you will work closely with the Village Manager, supporting with all administrative activities and ensuring excellent customer service for residents, visitors, and contractors.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing first-point contact for the village, interacting with residents and greeting guests.
* Delivering high-level customer care and attention, assisting residents with requests and general enquiries.
* Supporting the Village Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including processing invoices and resident charges, as well as distributing monthly billing statements and any reporting or filing requirements.
* Liaising and coordinating with the onsite Maintenance Officer and external contractors, scheduling and booking maintenance requirements.
* Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for an experienced frontline reception or administration professional who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and external partners, while also being approachable and flexible.
Candidates should have:
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Sufficient skills in Microsoft suite, including Excel, preferably.
* Knowledge of SAP and SharePoint, though not essential.
