About the Role
We seek a self-motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing and award-winning property team. You will actively work with a supportive team to bring in new properties under our management and increase the organic growth of the business. Building and nurturing relationships with current homeowners, investors, third-party referrers, channel partners, prospective landlords and personal clients is key. You will invest time in prospecting networking and generating leads as well as managing follow-up and conversion of these leads. We will provide you with training development opportunities and a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Listing and leasing new properties.
* Actively working through new leads and opportunities for growth of rent roll through regular prospecting.
* Establishing and maintaining a referral network.
* Completing market appraisals.
* Meeting daily and weekly prospecting targets.
* Preparing well-presented accurate and appealing landlord proposals.
* Maintaining and updating a database of prospective clients.
* Onboarding new clients with a focus on exceptional communication and service.
* Providing feedback to the marketing department for lead generation collateral marketing and promotional opportunities.
Experience/Qualifications
* Previous business development experience in property management.
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn with a can-do attitude.
* Well-developed interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
* Exceptional presentation skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Outstanding prioritisation time-management multitasking workflow planning and problem-solving skills.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team with high attention to detail.
* A commitment to quality professionalism and confidentiality.
* Registration Certificate Driver's License and police check.
