GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).
As an HR Advisor, you are a pivotal part of our Human Resources and Operations teams. You will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end HR and Recruitment activities, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. While recruitment and selection of candidates and onboarding of new staff is a key focus for this role (on average approx. 70% of workload), the HR Advisor will also provide advice and support in relation to HR activities and projects to management and employees and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems as a member of the HR team.
This role is based at our Perth office, working Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
o Recruitment & Selection - including creation of job profiles, attraction of candidates, management of talent pools, recruitment advertising and campaign promotion, shortlisting and pre-screening, interviewing candidates and participating in panels, maintaining records in ATS and HRIS, conduct pre-employment checks
o Onboarding - prepare employment contracts, collate new starter documentation, liaison with internal stakeholders around payroll, training and mobilisation requirements
o HR advisory support - Partner with management and employees to provide advice and support services to resolve people challenges and enhance employee engagement
o Actively participate in HR team projects, events and programs
o General HR transactional and administration activities, ensuring the integrity of data and compliance with legislative and privacy requirements
Qualifications & Experience :
o Minimum of 5 years' relevant commercial experience
o Demonstrated experience in recruitment of blue-collar roles is crucial, with experience in volume recruitment campaigns preferable
o Previous Oil & Gas / Energy / Mining and Resources industry experience
o Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business, HRM) or an equivalent level of commercial experience
o C Class Driver's Licence (valid, open)
o AHRI Certified Practising HR Professional or other relevant qualifications (desirable)
