The Centre Manager role is responsible for overseeing the daily operational management of our centre, including production workshop management, quality control, customer service, and work health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage production operations to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
* Ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicle repairs meet quality expectations.
* Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, professional, interactions.
* Oversee site profitability by preparing and reviewing financial reports, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports.
* Lead staffing levels and processes, build positive relationships, and maintain a safe working environment.
