We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Technician to join our Technology team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in Windows systems and network administration, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Key responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for team members, providing advanced technical support, maintaining broadcast and IT equipment, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure optimal performance.

* Taking charge of critical issues, making quick decisions to ensure minimal downtime.
* Providing advanced technical support and maintaining broadcast and IT equipment.
* Collaborating with equipment suppliers to ensure optimal performance and system reliability.
* Delivering high-level service and support to end users and clients.
* Documenting systems and procedures to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications in IT or Systems Engineering and experience in Linux OS, Windows Systems Administration, Network Administration, and Hardware troubleshooting are essential.
Experience supporting and maintaining post-production systems, broadcast graphics equipment, media asset management systems, and SQL or Oracle databases will be advantageous.
