We are seeking experienced Chefs/cooks to join our dynamic team at our restaurant/tap house located in the beautiful coastal town of Dunsborough, Western Australia. As a Casual Chef/cook, you will play a vital role in delivering a premium dining experience to our customers. What you'll be doing
* Preparing and cooking high‑quality, visually appealing meals using fresh, locally‑sourced ingredients
* Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and refine menu items
* Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment in adherence to health and safety standards
* Providing exceptional customer service and responding to any special dietary requirements
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of kitchen operations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Chef/cook, preferably in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hospitality setting
* Strong working knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and culinary techniques
* Excellent time‑management and multi‑tasking skills to thrive in a busy environment
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive, customer‑focused attitude
* Passion for using fresh, locally‑sourced ingredients to create delicious, visually appealing meals
* Current Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
