Your new role
You will be working for the state government department working independently to respond to employees and volunteers absent calls. By understanding and responding to their needs over the phone. As well as gathering necessary information and completing daily report requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in call centre and fast paced environments
- High attention to detail
- Administrative experience
- Demonstrate planning/organisational and time management skills
- Have clear verbal and written communication
- You need to be flexible working mornings, afternoons, nights, or weekends
