Business Development
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to fill this Business Development position. As a key player in our team, you will engage with engineers, specifiers, and contractors in VIC to promote and present our construction fastening systems, installation tooling, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote and present our products and services to engineers, specifiers, and contractors in VIC.
* Support the local distribution and sales teams in the territory of VIC with any engineering-related queries or needs.
* Develop strong relationships and provide technical advice to drive the adoption and reputation of our products in the construction industry.
Requirements:
* Degree in a construction-related field such as civil or mechanical engineering.
* A high-energy and passionate personality.
* Experience in specification sales with designers, engineers, and contractors.
* Able to work closely with project engineers on commercial and infrastructure projects.
* Organized and structured approach with the ability to work autonomously.
* Solution-based sales approach with natural problem-solving skills.
* Excellent relationship management skills at all levels.
* Willingness to travel interstate when required.
* Strong technical aptitude and ability to conduct product presentations.
