We're a national network of passionate Allied Health and Behaviour Support professionals, supporting clients in their local communities and reaching remote regions through telehealth. We're entering one of our biggest years yet, creating more opportunity and scope for OTs across Australia:
* Diversified Services - Expanding beyond the NDIS into Aged Care
* Launching a first‑of‑its‑kind respite centre in Tasmania as part of an exciting new services initiative. The centre will form the heart of a broader service model, with additional supports and programs to be confirmed as the project unfolds
* New stand‑alone Psychology service with new referral pathways and partnerships opening opportunities within our other allied health teams

* Local travel — clients typically within a 30–45 minute radius of your home. No commute to an office/clinic - time back in your day.
* A blend of community visits and telehealth, while we build your caseload around your interests, and admin from home

* Support from an award‑winning OT Manager and national clinical leads
* Regular supervision, mentoring & monthly MDT workshops
* Generous PD allowance that increases annually + paid PD leave
* Competitive salary + $70/hr for additional billable hours
* Structured onboarding with your caseload building gradually over your first month
* Laptop, phone and travel allowance provided
What You'll Need
* Full AHPRA registration
* Ability to work from home
* Minimum 2 days per week
* NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC
* Australian work rights
* Driver's licence and reliable car
