Insurance Claims Assessor
We are seeking a skilled Insurance Claims Assessor to join our team based in Tamworth NSW.
The successful candidate will assess damage to insured properties and provide accurate reports for insurers to review. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assessing property loss or damage and determining policy coverage
2. Communicating clear and accurate advice, solutions, timeframes and claim progress to stakeholders
3. Supporting the Insurance Manager to identify customer resolution strategies and minimising customer escalations
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Building and Construction Industry, be willing to travel and spend prolonged periods of time working out of the office, and possess strong knowledge of WHS legislation and Australian Standards.
