About the Role:
As the ICT Manager, you will lead and support a team of Technical Specialists in developing and implementing technical solutions for Hutcheon and Pearce. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our network, server infrastructure, and corporate computer systems while continually improving them.
Your team will provide operational support and advice to all Hutcheon and Pearce users and systems.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the ICT Team: Manage and support technical staff to deliver reliable ICT infrastructure.
* Oversee service desk operations and support across Hutcheon and Pearce.
* Develop ICT policies and procedures to meet user needs and expectations.
* Maintain and strengthen cyber and data security measures.
* Manage phone, internet, server, and networking systems.
* Research and implement new technologies to boost productivity and business needs.
* Manage mobile tech to ensure availability and effectiveness.
* Train, mentor, and develop ICT staff to build capability and innovation.
* Establish and manage SLAs to ensure consistent, high-quality support across the business.
About You:
* Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology Administration.
* Extensive experience in enterprise wide computing facilities installation, operation, and support.
* Broad experience in developing standards and technical solutions in large corporate computing environments.
* Experience in communications infrastructure development, including email systems and internet services on corporate networks.
* Expertise in Windows system installation, configuration, LANs, and SDWANs.
* High level leadership, team development, project management, communication, and organisational skills.
* Extensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of current IT policies and industry standards and trends.
* Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms (including Dynamics and PowerApps) desired.
