Opportunity
We're looking for a proactive Maintenance Labourer to join our team and help keep our farm operations running at their best. This role is hands-on and varied, covering everything from machinery upkeep and building repairs to landscaping and waste management. You'll work across different areas of the farm to ensure equipment, facilities, and infrastructure are safe, functional, and well maintained.
Reporting toour Department and Production Managers, the purpose of this role is to provide essential support for the upkeep, repair and improvement of the farm's infrastructure, equipment and facilities.

Job Description
About the Role
No day is the same You'll be travelling to and from some of our SA Farms including locations such as Wasleys, Sheaoak, Balaklava and Blyth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Carry out routine maintenance, cleaning and adjustments on machinery and equipment
* Assist with repairs to farm buildings, fences and infrastructure
* Support waste management, drainage and hygience standards across the farm
* Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming and general upkeep
* Assist tradespeople and contractors on projects and upgrades
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
* Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs and emergencies
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* 2+ years relevant maintenance or similar work experience
* Practical experience with hand and power tools is essential - welding experience is a bonus
* Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach
* Time and work management skills to ensure the workload is managed and deadlines can be met
* Preparedness to work flexible hours (including some weekends and public holidays if required)
