Your new companyOur client is one of Melbourne's most impressive developer builders, who specialise in the construction of medium-density and small-lot housing projects.
Your new roleThrough continued growth, they are seeking a talented ArchiCAD proficient Senior Production Draftsperson. Working in their House & Land space, your key duties will include
* Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations.
* Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
* Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
* Involvement in creation of Masters
What you'll need to succeedIn order to be considered for this role, it is anticipated you will have work history in a Production Drafting role. You will also ideally have
* Previous experience in a volume builder environment is essential and working to tight deadlines and KPI's
* Strong construction knowledge that will allow you to work through challenging projects.
* ArchiCAD is essential
* High levels of knowledge of BCA and Rescode in particular around SLH.
* An ability to work in a tight-knit, high-performing team in a collaborative manner is a must.
