Pearson Carter are working with an industry leading AI Startup. They are making waves in the property space and are looking for a Senior Developer to help them grow.
Base pay range: A$170,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, develop, and deploy features across our entire tech stack, from the Next.js frontend to the Python/Django backend.
- Build and maintain the infrastructure for our AI models to power our platform and our people.
- Integrate AI and machine learning features into the user experience, making complex insights accessible and actionable for our buyers.
- Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability as we grow.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to shape the future of our platform and organisation with a data-first approach.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development with a deep understanding of Next.js, Python, and Django.
- Experience with Terraform, AWS, and monitoring services such as ELK Stack or Prometheus.
- You are an engineer who thinks in systems and loves solving complex problems.
- Strong grasp of AI and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience using frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Passionate about building something that matters and seeing your work have a direct impact on people’s lives.
