What you'll do:
* Deliver business valuations, share valuations, and financial instrument valuations for a wide range of clients.
* Provide valuation advice for financial reporting and tax-related purposes including purchase price allocations, fair value reporting, impairment testing, and employee share schemes.
* Support transaction processes with deal value assessments, cost of capital analysis, and capital management advice.
* Prepare Independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders regarding proposed transactions.
* Conduct portfolio business reviews to enhance business performance and investment analysis.
* Coach and develop junior team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
What we're looking for:
* Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, FINSIA, MBA, Masters in Finance or Applied Finance.
* Experience in business valuations across multiple industries.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Commercial insight and strategic thinking to advise clients confidently.
