HR Administration Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)
Support & promote the quality of life for residents in our aged care facility by supporting the smooth operation of all aspects of the business.
Charingfield Aged Care Community is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administration & Rostering Officer to join our team on a full‐time basis for a 12‐month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting our operations, ensuring efficient rostering and providing administrative support that helps deliver exceptional care to our residents.
The Role
We're seeking a detail‐oriented, process‐focused professional with a knack for organisation and a passion for making a difference. Reporting directly to the Residential Service Manager, you'll oversee key functions such as Recruitment & Roster coordination, human resources administration, and general office support—keeping our facility running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Roster Coordination – ensuring roster alignment to the master roster.
* Assistance with Payroll and Time Sheet Submissions.
* Replacement of staff on leave and liaising with HR about roster vacancies, supporting any recruitment tasks.
* Supporting resident admissions, finance, and accounts management with meticulous attention to detail.
* Facilitating human resource administration, roster coordination, and quality improvement activities.
* Records management and document preparation.

To be successful you'll need
* Qualification or experience in business, administration, or related fields.
* Payroll experience and rostering experience (aged care preferred).
* Exceptional organisational skills with a proactive and process‐driven mindset.
* NDIS Worker Check (or willing to obtain).
* Experience in residential aged care or similar environments is highly desirable.
* Compassionate and empathetic nature.
