Who we are looking for:
Kip McGrath Caboolture is looking for an experienced secondary math teacher or recently graduated teacher who genuinely cares about creating and teaching tailor-made sessions to ensure successful learning in a positive and caring learning workplace.
What you will be doing:
Teaching students using the Kip McGrath methodology;
Tutoring students in a positive, caring manner promoting self-esteem and self-worth;
Developing solid relationships and rapport with students and parents; and,
Recording student progress and goals on a weekly basis and providing feedback to parents.
Your requirements:
A current Working with Children Check;
A teaching degree or in the final year of your degree;
Available afternoons and evenings throughout the week;
Friendly, professional and personable;
Reliability and commitment;
Confidence using software and computers;
Genuine love for learning and teaching;
High attention to details and strong organisational skills; and,

60-minute sessions with small groups of up to 5 students; and,
Be paid above award rates as a casual teacher.
