Key Responsibilities
* Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets by expanding product range and volume across the WA territory.
* State Key Account Management: Develop and execute promotional plans for assigned SKAs, ensuring strong ROI and brand representation at head office and store levels.
* In-Store Impact: Negotiate superior off-location displays and shelf positioning that reflect Ego's market leadership.
* Stakeholder Training: Deliver professional product training to pharmacy teams using company materials to drive consumer recommendations.
* Strategic Reporting: Utilise Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate customer profiles and provide market intelligence reports to management.
Skills and Experience
* Industry Experience: A minimum of two years' success in selling OTC products is essential.
* Account Management: Two years of experience managing key accounts is highly desired.
* Education: High School Certificate is essential; a degree in Science, Business, or Pharmacy is highly regarded.
* Technical Proficiency: Competence in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and data analysis (IQVIA/IMS).
* Mobility: A valid driver's licence and the ability to undertake country trips 4–5 times per year.
