We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient order management, processing returns, and providing support to the office team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in pick/pack operations, Shopify knowledge, and retail experience. They must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with social media content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Picking and packing orders based on customer requirements
 * Retail Customer Service for a showroom
 * Preparing orders and products for dispatch
 * Organising wholesale orders (Australian + International)
 * Processing customer returns
 * Providing support to the office team
 * Counting and checking stock deliveries
 * Maintaining a clean warehouse
