An Education Officer designs and implements education and vocational training programs to meet the needs of inmates within the centre.
In This Key Role You Will
* Develop and Implement Education Programs for Inmates
* Maintain Coordination with External Providers for Centre Programs
* Liaise with Training Providers and Community Groups for Educational Services
* Evaluate Inmate Education Standards and Offer Guidance on Available Options
* Contribute to Processes for Sentence Management and Case Assessment
* Advise on Issues Related to Education Programs
* Maintain a Safe Working Environment and Adhere to Health and Safety Policies
Qualifications and Requirements
A degree qualification in a relevant field is mandatory. An educational or training degree qualification is highly desirable.
