Responsibilities: Prepare various financial statements in compliance with regulatory, accounting, and financial reporting standards, Maintain clear and well-organized work papers, Oversee junior staff on specific assignments as needed, Review completed tax and FBT returns to ensure compliance and identify any potential issues, Conduct tax planning for clients, Prepare tax returns for different types of entities, Handle Business Activity Statements, Manage quarterly and annual tax compliance requirements, Provide clients with advice on business operations and regulatory matters, Assist with general business administration tasks. Key Skills: Collaborative team player, dedicated to supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture, CA or CPA qualification (completed or in progress), 2–3 years of experience in Business Services/Tax (mid-tier firm experience preferred), Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and building client relationships, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Capable of multitasking and managing both individual and team workloads effectively, Self-motivated with a proactive approach to personal and professional development, Exceptional attention to detail and a hands-on approach to tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Experience with Advanced Professional Solutions (APS) and Xero (preferred).
