Role Description
This is a volunteer position for an
Education Program Assistant (Intern)
based on site in Adelaide, SA.
In this role, you will support the coordination and delivery of Mirror XR education programs across schools and community settings. You will assist with program preparation, scheduling, documentation, and day to day operational support, working closely with the Education Program Coordinator and project team.
You will contribute to program logistics, communication with stakeholders, and the smooth execution of workshops, pilots, and learning activities. This role provides hands on exposure to education program delivery, creative technology initiatives, and impact driven projects, while developing practical experience in coordination, organisation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and coordination of education programs, workshops, and school engagements
* Support scheduling, enrolments, attendance tracking, and program documentation
* Help prepare learning materials, session resources, and basic reports
* Support on site or session delivery where required, including setup and pack down
* Assist with communication and follow ups with schools, partners, and internal team members
* Contribute to continuous improvement by providing observations and feedback on program delivery
Qualifications
* Interest in education, youth programs, community engagement, or creative technology
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a small, fast moving team
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education or Educational Psychology
