Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with major client accounts to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
* Team Leadership: Set goals and KPIs for the team, mentor and develop team members to ensure optimum performance.
* Operational Direction: Provide day-to-day management and operational direction to the credit team.
* Reconciliations & Reporting: Oversee reconciliations and produce monthly and year-end reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Assessment: Full control and director of the credit assessment process - approval of limits etc.
* Collections: Discuss escalation of debt and referral and management of process with external parties.
