We're looking for a proactive and customer-centric Client Success Agent to join our team.
In this role, you'll support our Client Success Manager in delivering exceptional service to our clients, managing onboarding, nurturing long-term relationships, and contributing to retention and growth across a portfolio of B2B customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping clients get the most out of their subscriptions and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the corporate inbox and respond to account-related queries.
Oversee a portfolio of 350 clients, including renewals and small-scale upsell opportunities.
Support onboarding to ensure a smooth client transition into our products/services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist the Client Success Manager with strategic guidance and best-practice recommendations.
Contribute to retention efforts, working with internal teams to reduce churn and improve engagement.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless client experience.
Maintain accurate records and assist with client success reporting.
Who are you?
Strong experience in customer management, ideally in a large, complex environment.
Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and strong time-management skills.
Proven ability to motivate, influence, and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience implementing customer service strategies and improving customer experience.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with the ability to handle escalations.
Proficient in customer management technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Genesys, PowerBI, AI tools).
