Seeking reliable, motivated and professional Support Workers to join our team supporting NDIS participants in the Beaudesert and Gleneagle area.
* We provide ongoing support and professional development/training for all Staff
* Immediate start is available for shifts between 7am and 7pm.

We are currently seeking reliable, motivated and professional Female Support Workers to join our casual team supporting NDIS participants in the Beaudesert and Gleneagle area.
These roles involve providing person-centered support, including assistance with daily living activities, community access and, where required, personal care.
Due to the nature of supports provided and to ensure participants' privacy, dignity and comfort, this position is open to female applicants only as a genuine occupational requirement in line with relevant anti-discrimination legislation.
Immediate start is available for shifts between 7am and 7pm.

As a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:
* Household tasks: domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry, and meal prep
* Transport - transport to appointments, shopping and community access
Applicants will require:
* Right to work in Australia
* Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical/spinal disability
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support; Disability, Aged care or similar is desirable
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue card
* Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
* Current Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain
* Medication Certificates/experience will be favourable
* Valid Driver's License
* Covid and Flu vaccinations are required
* Good availability is essential
Candidates with High Care experience will be viewed favourably.
