We are seeking an experienced and results‐driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across our business.
Responsibilities
* Generating new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
* Building relationships with builders, facility managers, building owners, consultants and government clients
* Conducting site inspections and client meetings
* Developing solutions with internal design and estimating teams
* Preparing and presenting proposals
* Managing opportunities through the CRM and sales pipeline
* Achieving agreed sales and growth targets
Qualifications
* Proven success in a Business Development, Account Management or Sales role
* Experience selling into construction, building services, facilities management, infrastructure, industrial or related sectors
* Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‐building skills
* Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Preferred qualifications
* Height safety, roof access, rope access or fall protection experience
* Ability to read plans, drawings and aerial imagery
* Experience conducting site inspections and preparing technical proposals
