Excel Accounting Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Excel professional to join our team on a contract basis. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role requires strong expertise in accounts receivable and banking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process high-volume invoicing for approximately 400 schools weekly using Excel's auto-matching techniques.
2. Create and manage Pivot Tables to reconcile customer payments against invoices.
3. Prepare and mail merge PDF invoices using Excel.
4. Perform manual data processing and carry out large-scale data analysis in Excel.
