The Job
We are seeking a highly organized Projects Coordinator to join our team, supporting the Director of Delivery and Project Delivery Team. You will play a vital role in keeping projects on track—managing documentation, coordinating stakeholders, supporting procurement, and ensuring safety, quality, and reporting requirements are met.
* Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation.
* Manage SharePoint, project files, templates, and monthly reporting data.
* Support RFQ/RFT and contract preparation.
* Track progress across all active and upcoming projects.
* Liaise with contractors and internal stakeholders; ensure inductions and clearances.
* Maintain building permits and close-out documentation.
* Assist with WHS, environmental, quality, and traffic management planning.
The Skills You'll Need
* A background in trade/site management or similar experience.
* Experience managing subcontractors and consultants.
* Strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tools.
* Ability to obtain an ASIC and pass AFP checks.
* NT driver's license (or ability to obtain).
* (Desirable) Project management qualifications, airport experience, MS Project skills.
