About the role
The Project Manager will sit within a dedicated PMO function working with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business to deliver a growth strategy, while working towards the pursuit of best practice delivery and strong governance. With an exciting multi-year pipeline of projects and some national business-critical projects to walk into, this is no ordinary PM role.
* Work with core cross-functional stakeholders across both project owners and business leaders within operations, engineering, innovation, marketing, procurement and sales
* Ensure projects are effectively managed and governed against best practice PMO strategy
* Genuine exposure to SLT and ELT stakeholders, work to inform and shape business strategy
What we're looking for
This role will best suit someone with strong FMCG exposure and a genuine understanding of how products are created, commercialised and delivered within an operational setting. Well regarded is "generalist" exposure across multiple subject matter domains, be it innovation, commercialisation, packaging and/or continuous improvement. Critically, a strong commercial aptitude and understanding of effective project governance, as you'll be tasked with keeping project owners accountable for tight, effective delivery across both big-bet plays and business as usual projects.
