You will plan and schedule posts onmulti-platforms that are creative, engaging, and informative forthe public. You will assist with creative content development todrive growth and socially connect with community members online.You will monitor key trends and community sentiment and proactivelyrespond to customer enquiries via Council’s social mediachannels. You will collaborate and liaise with internal andexternal stakeholders to determine suitable outcomes for thecustomer and the business. You will also review socialanalytics and evaluate overall implementation of campaignstrategies to report on measurables that align with the Corporateand Operational Plan.About YouYouwill have tertiary qualifications in creative arts, marketing, ordigital communications, 2 - 3 years’ experience in key socialmedia activities including social campaign management, audienceengagement and content marketing. You will have experience inmanaging Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads and demonstratedexperience in creatively using a range of multimedia tools forcontent production including photography or videography to maximisereach and target key audiences via social media channels.
