As a senior supply chain professional, you will lead a local team of 3 members responsible for orchestrating end-to-end ground operations across planning, logistics, and customer excellence functions in the ANZ Professional/Salon business.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will assess and enhance supply chain processes to drive cost and service improvements. Your key responsibilities will include leading and optimizing the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to align sales, marketing, and supply chain functions.
You will design and re-align the supply chain organization across people, processes, technology, and digital infrastructure to ensure seamless execution of operational strategies in line with global supply chain standards and business goals.
To achieve this, you will monitor key metrics such as customer service, 3PL, inventory, transport, and warehousing to identify areas for improvement. You will also oversee the execution of action plans, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure compliance and performance improvements.
A strong educational background in Engineering and an MBA, preferably in Supply Chain or Operations, is essential for this role. Additionally, 3-5 years of leadership experience in the Personal Care, FMCG, or Food industry, with expertise in Planning and Logistics, is required. Proven ability to manage priorities in fast-paced, high-volume environments is crucial.
This role requires a hands-on approach with a track record of driving results and managing complex supply chain operations. Strong leadership and mentoring skills across geographically dispersed teams are necessary. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP WM, SAP APO DP), EDI, and supply chain analytics tools is expected.
