Senior Recruiter @ Aquent - Marketing & Communications | Data & Analytics
A$135,000 - A$145,000 + Super
Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing Automation strategy for a global leader in the retail & manufacturing space.
- Implement complex automation workflows, lead data briefs, build advanced audience segments using HubSpot & Segment CDP.
- Be the resident expert in email marketing; manage customer journeys and CRM workflows.
Note: The HQ is based in Melbourne; occasional travel to VIC may be required. The Sydney team mainly works from home. The role is a 15-month contract, full time.
Qualifications
- Extensive B2C or B2B Marketing Automation experience with HubSpot or a similar large platform (SFMC, Marketo, Pardot, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
- Retail background with a consumer and conversion-focused perspective.
- Experience with customer journey mapping and developing & implementing CRM strategies, building audience segments and workflow automations.
- Hands-on experience with CRO, test, learn and optimise experimentation.
- Data-driven with experience using CDP platforms (Segment, Tealium, etc.) and Analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, PowerBI or Tableau, Azure).
- Strong communication and empathy skills for cross-functional collaboration.
