About The Role:
As a critical member of the Marketing Brand Equity team, you'll be responsible for creating and driving local strategy, commercialisation and new product development for globally recognised, trusted household pest and air care brands within the ANZ cluster. Internally this position is referred to as Associate Manager, Brand Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute local strategic brand marketing plans to drive growth, market share, and brand equity, working collaboratively with internal cross functional teams
* Design and lead insight led advertising plans and promotional campaigns, managing creative agency relationships to maximise investment, consumer engagement and commercial returns
* Regular tracking through the analysis of vast consumer, category, and competitor data to assess brand performance against strategic objectives, identifying actionable opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation
* Lead Quarterly Brand Reviews identifying brand performance success/challenges and key ways forward
* Partner with Brand Innovation on new product development, driving the brand commercialisation and go-to-market strategies
* Unleash your creativity through the development of compelling packaging artwork and product claims that will enhance on-shelf impact
About You:
* A strong sense of team culture and belonging
* Can work creatively, collaboratively and strategically
* High level of comfortability presenting to all levels of the business and external customers
* Ability to work to deadlines and timeframes with a high attention to detail
What You'll Bring:
* A university degree is required
* At 4-5 years in commercial and brand marketing roles within AU FMCG or grocery environment
* Strong commercial acumen (thorough understanding of brand P&L, demand forecasting, and P&L scenario planning)
* Previous experience in managing media processes. Understands the strategic & tactical nature of the business
* Understanding of ACNielsen syndicated data & Quantium, Circana data
* Ability to succinctly communicate consumer needs and opportunities
