The Role
This casual position at our Cairns store offers the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team. With an average workload of 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends, the role is designed to accommodate the needs of our business, allowing us to reach out to you as required, particularly during peak trading periods or to cover shifts when our existing team members are on leave. Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Provide expert professional customer service to our retail and trade customers
2. Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
3. Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
4. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
5. Supporting other team members to ensure business goals are met
6. Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
