We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you will be responsible for observing, informing, and continuously improving our teaching practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and inclusivity, ensuring that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children. You will work collaboratively with the Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

**Requirements:**
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
